3. User Accounts

• You must authenticate via Google to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Extract data from websites in violation of their terms of service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use the Service to collect personal data without consent
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Overload our systems with excessive automated requests

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis
• Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Sira NextTech Labs. You retain ownership of all data you extract using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ExtractFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sira NextTech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
